Relax with family & friends in this peaceful beach house, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Located at the quiet northern end of the beach, this 3 bedroom plus sleep out home is tucked away from the wind. Family friendly with a tree house and swing for the kids, and deck and BBQ for summer dining. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Under an hour from Wellington with 2 lanes each way, a great place for beach fun and all Kapiti has to offer. The space Three bedroms in the house, comprising: - Bedroom 1: 2 Long singles (with room for a camp stretcher bed or cot) - Bedroom 2: A queen bed - Bedroom 3: A set of single bunks A sleepout with a tiple bunk (double bed below, single bunk on top) Indoor and outdoor dining, grass area, deck and BBQ available. House has a fireplace and two heaters for winter warming. No air conditioning. Fully fenced and gated. Guest access Complete access to main house and sleepout (Shed excluded). Parking available on the street.
