This is a cozy bedroom retreat in a convenient and safe location in Downtown New Rochelle. This private bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, office desk/chair, closet space, wifi, smart 55" tv, deadbolt lock, toiletries, and more. You will be walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, stores, public transportation, parks, laundromats, and much more. Feeling adventurous? NYC is only 30 mins from the train station, enjoy the city and relax in the suburbs. The space My recently renovated multi-family building has three levels and a basement. I live in the first-floor unit (first level + basement), and the second-floor unit (second + third levels) is for my guests. The second level features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen, while the third level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll need to walk up a flight of stairs to the second level and another to reach the third. The stairs are shared among guests. This private bedroom is located on the second level and comes equipped with a queen-size bed, office desk/chair, closet space, Wi-Fi, smart 55” TV, YouTube TV, deadbolt lock, toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper), iron, iron board, hairdryer, heater, towels, hampers, extension outlets, and a standing mirror. Central heat/AC is also provided. Guests have private access to their bedroom and shared access to the kitchen and two bathrooms. The stocked kitchen is available for cooking meals or drinks, and the bathrooms are ready for you to freshen up. I provide weekly cleaning of the common areas to maintain cleanliness. Other things to note There is no parking on the premises, but there is free street parking available (please pay attention to the parking signs to avoid parking tickets). It’s more difficult to find parking in the evening, but definitely not impossible if you’re willing to walk 3-10 minutes. Metered parking is free from 12am-8am. Download the “passport” app to pay through your phone, zone code for all street parking in New Rochelle is 64421. If you’re parking in a parking lot, please check for the zone code. There is no washer or dryer on the premises, but there are various laundromats around, all about a 3-5 minute walk. There is a skyscraper being built a block away, so there is subtle construction noise during working hours. Please pay attention to house rules :).
