Cozy character bungalow in a convenient, quiet neighbourhood. Enjoy a comfortable stay with great access to the rest of the city. Private bedroom with shared: bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, porch, basement, fenced yards. Easy access to transit or a short drive to everything Winnipeg has to offer. 75" TV with Netflix on the main floor Netflix in-room and basement The space Bedroom has a King sized bed, a dresser, a large primary closet, a smaller secondary closet, several windows, two chairs, a hanging mirror, and a 42" HDTV with an Xbox 360 and NetFlix. The bedroom door has a deadbolt with a key for your privacy. Apart from your bedroom, the rest of the space is shared with the hosts, as well as the guest(s) in the other bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher. Full laundry facilities are available for use, and wireless internet, TVs with Netflix in upstairs living room and basement are included. The front and back yards are fenced. The home has central air conditioning, and the beds are comfortable! Guest access There is free parking on the street right in front of the house, and one spot behind the house (first come, first served). Yards are fully fenced. Laundry machines and foosball table are downstairs. There is NetFlix available in the living room on the 65" TV, in your bedroom, as well as downstairs. There is no guest access to the garage. During your stay Guests are met in person and given a tour when they arrive. When we're not at home, we are still available by AirBnB messaging in case of any problems or if you need help. Other things to note Your bedroom is exclusively your space, the rest of the common spaces are shared. If your stay overlaps another guest's (in the other bedroom), kindly be considerate of each other with respect to sharing the common spaces and amenities. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, 7 days a week.
