If your party is more than 4, please text us to make arrangements. Quiet neighborhood, and there are many biking destinations, a boardwalk nearby (1.5 mi), and parks. Thank you. Guest access You have the entire house and shed at your disposal. Private beach access with the provided beach pass. The Oak Grove Beach Board requires that you display your beach pass while at the beach. Kindly return the pass. If you misplace your beach pass, please notify us immediately; we reserve the right to charge you $100 to obtain a replacement. From the parking into inside the house, there is only one step at the front door. All the rooms are on the same floor with no stairs up or down. There are grab bars in the bathroom for the tub and the toilet. Other things to note You may keep two bicycles in the shed away from the elements! 🙂 If the space allows, you can store anything!
