The large garage has space for a pick up and 3 scooters. The space The house was built in 2021-2022 and rented starting from December 2023. For one year it was inhabited only by the owner. Guest access The house has a private parking where a pick-up and 4 scooters can easily fit. Other things to note The cost of electricity is not included in the rent. At the beginning of the stay the Kw numbers are taken from the external meter. At the end of the stay, the number of Kw consumed will be charged at the price of 7 baht each. The final cleaning instead is already calculated in the Airbnb bill. Included there is also a complete change of linen and towels once a week.
