Relax on a private patio with fire table and BBQ and enjoy a wide-open vista of the Strait of Juan de Fuca from Mount Baker on the east to the Pacific Ocean on the west, including the town of Sequim from our location on Bell Hill. Guests stay in the lower level with 2 bedrooms, sleeping for 5, one full bath and kitchenette. Full-size washer and dryer. Close to downtown Sequim and Olympic National Park. The space Rooms are large and sunny. Great room has a kitchenette, a dining area, a 65-inch TV with four recliners and a captain's chair for comfortable viewing, conversation, or quiet reading. Apple TV and Home Pod speakers let you air-cast music, photos, and video from your phone. Kitchenette has a microwave, a refrigerator and a two-burner induction hotplate with pots and a frying griddle. Fresh ground gourmet coffee and various Keurig cups are provided including drip and French press coffee makers. A bar with a laptop PC is provided in a dedicated work area for Internet access. Bedrooms have comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton linens and electric fireplaces, with room-darkening drapes and full-length mirrors. The one full bath has H2O Therapy toiletries. The bath has separate access from either Bedroom 1 or the private hallway. A separate laundry nook has a full-size washer and dryer for guests, no charge. Patio has a gas barbecue, gas fire table and seating for four. Grassy one-acre rear yard has seasonal blackberries for picking. There are nine (9) well-lighted steps from the parking area to the suite. Guest access The entire lower level living area (approximately 1300 square feet) is open to guests.
