RENTAL 20/22 PEOPLE This is the concept: 3 distinct spaces on our 4000 m2 property with garden, pool / pool house 1 beautiful 6 bedroom bourgeois house + 2 private lofts for 4 people each. The space On a property of 4000 m2, two buildings face each other . A Burgundy stone farmhouse that houses our family + the 2 lofts of 4 people each and a pretty mansion of 250 m2 with its private terrace. The whole place is almost enclosed by walls, closed by an electric gate, overlooking the wheat fields. A century-old lime tree stands proudly in the middle of the courtyard . Here's the description of what you're about to rent;-) *LA BOURGEOISE - 6 bedrooms ( 4 with double bed/ 2 with 2 single beds ) - 1 library lounge - 2 Bathrooms - 3 wc - Kitchen dining room lounge with fireplace - private terrace *LOFT INDUS' - 1 open bedroom ( 1 double bed) on a living room kitchen area - 1 double convertible in the living room - 1 bathroom - 1 wc - 1 dressing room *LOFT TERRA - 1 closed bedroom ( 1 double bed) - 1 kitchen open to living room - 1 double convertible in the living room - 1 bathroom - 1 wc - 1 dressing room Outside: -1 heated pool from May to the end of September, not covered, unclosed with free access, its sunbeds and its aperitif lounge area by the water. -1 pool house behind large floor-to-ceiling windows, with shower room and toilet, a spacious living room, tables and chairs + barbecue + pizza oven and everything that goes well to spend the evening sharing your feet in the water. - an outdoor covered area with Ping Pong, foosball and darts - Vast garden with walnut trees, fig trees and other fruit trees, swings/ slide. Large table of 5 meters in the shade of a walnut tree... . The exteriors are SHARED WITH US but there is no risk of stepping on it, there is room for everyone. And for the more active, soccer field, playground and city stadium 2 mins away Animals on site, Feelow, our golden retriever, Dock our white sheepdog, 12 chickens and 2 turtles but each in their own private/respective enclosures and gardens. Your pets are welcome too if they are nice! Guest access You have access to the entire property, except our house ;-)... garden, pool, pool house, outdoor games room and private terrace! Other things to note Please read the rules carefully: -NO FIESTAS /GATHERINGS /EVENTS WITH MUSIC , we are in the heart of the village! For everyone's respect, stop the "noise" outside by the pool at 11 p.m. please... It is a family vacation home, ideal for a break in the countryside, quiet. So we will avoid the funerals of JF or JH, the over-watered reunions and the evenings in "baby sitting " mode;-) -We live and work on site, please note it, we will still have to expect to meet us from time to time but we are ultra discreet. -Your beds will be made but be sure to bring YOUR TOWELS / POOL - Exteriors, pool and pool house must be kept in good condition. - 4 parking spaces in the courtyard + public parking to the right of the house for 5 cars - Animals on site: 2 dogs, 12 chickens and 2 turtles in their private gardens! But you won't be bothered, everyone knows their limits ( especially turtles! )
