Guest access Guests have access to the parking space right in front of the Airbnb entrance. Guests have access to the backyard space. No parties. No smoking inside Airbnb guesthouse. No blocking vehicles. Parking is limited to two parking spaces. Place food deliveries with drop off instructions. Deliveries may be delivered through rear entrance. No flushing toilet paper down the toilet. Plumbing system may stop, clog, or leak.
