RENT COLIVING offers a shared lifestyle, where everyone has their own private room but shares common areas. A lot of people already live here, mostly young students and professionals. We are looking for people with this profile to be part of our community. Everyone is super welcome here, NO PREJUDICE! All bills are included in one: rent, water, electricity, gas, property tax, cleaning twice a week (room and house), streaming and tennis lessons. We have short and long contracts. The space RENT COLIVING FERNANDES has 21 single bedrooms, 7 collective bathrooms, 1 living room with TV and free access to various streaming services, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen equipped with appliances and basic cooking utensils, 1 laundry room with 2 washing machines and a sink, 1 lounge, 1 internal patio, 1 external patio with super comfortable chairs to enjoy a sunny day :) The rooms are furnished with a box bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror, lamp and air conditioning. Guest access As we are part of a coliving, we like to create connections and generate interactions with our residents, so we offer: Access to the ROOFTOP RENT COLIVING (in the Vigário unit), for use of the leisure area (swimming pool and barbecue); Access to the CO-BOX (in the Vigário unit) for exercising with gym equipment; Access to the RENT OFFICE (in the Santo Antônio unit), a collaborative office to work or study during the day; Tennis lessons every Saturday at Arruga Beach Sport; and various other events such as: trips, hikes, happy hour, going to the movies, boat trips, etc. Other things to note The photos of the rooms have suggestions for decorations in our style. The rooms only come with the furniture specified above. We leave it up to each person to imprint their own style. All maintenance of the room and the house is done by us and is already included in the maintenance fee.
