We are happy to welcome you to our "Alte Maßschneiderei" in the heart of the Eifel. After the reconstruction following the 2021 flood, the vacation home is shining with new splendor. Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a garden view offer space for up to 5 people, ideal for families. The Eifel National Park is right outside the door, and hiking, biking and motorbike tours start at the front door. Free Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces and garage included. Looking forward to seeing you soon in Gemünd. The space The entire vacation home is at your disposal and can accommodate up to 5 people. After the reconstruction following the 2021 flood, it is completely modern and cozily furnished. Sleeping There are three bedrooms available to you: one room with a double bed, one room with a single bed and an additional baby bed, and another room with a double bed. Please note that the second double bedroom is designed as a walk-through room. The bathroom with shower is upstairs, and a separate guest toilet is available on the ground floor. House & kitchen The open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV (satellite reception) invites you to sit together. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, egg boiler and kettle are available. Coffee lovers have a choice between a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. Terrace & Garden From the terrace with a grill (charcoal provided) and garden furniture, you can look out into the garden, ideal for cozy summer evenings in the countryside, completely private. Supplies included Free Wi-Fi, 2 parking spaces directly at the house, a garage for bicycles and motorcycles, a separate drying room, washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as bed linens and towels. Guest access The entire house is available for your exclusive use, including the garden, terrace and private parking directly at the property. There are no shared areas with other guests. Other things to note Surroundings The "Alte Maßschneiderei" is located in the heart of the Eifel in Gemünd/Malsbenden, directly by the Eifel National Park. Hiking and cycling trails start practically at the front door, from a leisurely walk to challenging tours on the Eifelsteig or the Wildnis-Trail. The region, with its winding roads, is a popular area for motorcyclists, and the garage offers a secure parking space for this purpose. The Rursee is a few minutes away and invites you to take boat trips, swim and enjoy water sports. Excursions are worthwhile to the Vogelsang IP with the National Park Center, to the historic town of Monschau or to the Steinfeld Monastery. The Eifel National Park has also been designated a Star Park. On clear evenings, the starry sky can be observed here like in hardly any other place in the region. For families, Phantasialand can be reached in about 45 minutes. Great to know Non-smoking house. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Events and celebrations are not permitted. Children of all ages are welcome.
