There is a large staircase to access the main floor of this unit. There are 2 staircases inside of the unit leading to the second floor, one spiral and one regular stairwell. The lower level of this duplex is also an Airbnb. This space is equipped with two 50 inch and one 32 inch Roku smart TVs, high speed internet and an in unit washer and dryer. This space is street parking only. Guests will want to register their vehicles online for temporary parking. The link for this can be found in the house manual. Using the thermostat is very simple!
