Use the microwave over the stove or on the counter. No smoking/vaping of any kind, drugs, or pets. Guest access 1st floor: Shared dining room and kitchen 2nd floor: No sharing. It's private. Other things to note About this place Please remember an AIRBNB is not a HOTEL. This is someone's home. You are responsible for picking up after yourself. This home is centrally located to EVERYTHING. The room is 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh, Crabtree Mall, Towncenter Mall, bowling, museums, and movie theaters. Within one mile are grocery stores, restaurants, a gym, and walking trails. If you want to check the distance, you can refer to a supermarket that is a short drive from the house: Target: 1000 Shoppes at Midway Dr., Knightdale, NC 27445. The room has a queen-sized bed, a 42-inch Smart TV, a nightstand, a dresser, and two lamps. Very spacious and quiet. KITCHEN Please keep the kitchen neat and clean after each use. Do not leave dishes in the sink overnight. COFFEE/TEA A Keurig is provided. QUIET HOURS 9 PM – 7 AM CLEANING Keep the house clean and tidy. Let everyone have a comfortable environment. After using the items in the public areas, please return them to their original place. SMOKING No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the front yard; however, please extinguish them before throwing them in the trash to keep everyone safe and the area free of trash. PETS No animals are allowed because of the strong allergy of the host, including the service dog, it's an animal. Thanks for understanding. LATE CHECKOUTS Must be approved by the host. If you stay past your 11:00 am check-out time without approval, you will be charged the next night's stay at the full price of the listing.
