The peaceful location will allow guests to enjoy their quiet time, but also access the city of Crozet and Charlottesville by a short drive (8 minutes to Downtown Crozet and Pro Re Nata Brewery). Below is a breakdown of the studio cottage and it's amenities: DINING: Small dining table for 2 with a mini fridge, Keurig, mugs, wine glasses and wine opener. Coffee, tea, creamer and sugar provided. LIVING: sleeper sofa (with capability to sleep 2 additional guests), smart TV, books BEDROOM: king bed, wall sconces for additional light, closet with hangers BATHROOM: Double sink vanity, toilet, 9 foot tiled shower with rain-head shower (small step to enter), towels and toiletries provided OUTDOOR: enjoy 30+ acres, including a private pond. Feel free to bring your fishing gear! Please note that this guest cottage is adjacent to the main house, which is occupied full-time by the owners. The owners do have a dog that you may see on the property as well, so please note that this property is NOT pet friendly. The owners do own Pro Re Nata Brewery and you may find beverages in the mini fridge upon arrival. If this is not your preference, please let us know. NO pets, violations subject to fines.
