Homewood voted one of the most livable cities in the country within walking distance to train. Downtown Chicago 40-minute train ride. Located just south of I-80. The space This is a garden apartment in the basement of our home. Entrance is in the rear. The guest has their own private entrance to the apartment. Safe, secure and private. Guest access The apartment, laundry room and yard. The apartment is basically the whole lower level. Other things to note The basement is inherently on the cooler side. A space heater will be provided for those who need additional heat. Also, we live upstairs. You may hear footsteps and some creaking throughout the day. It is an old home.
