The space Room 3 is a cozy and stylish bedroom within our villa having 1 king size double bed, a single bed, en suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, a pool view private deck and a lawn for chilling outdoors with beautiful views of the valley & Lohegad and Visapur forts in the backdrop with access to entire villa and all its amenities. Perfect for 2 to 3 guests. Your patience is highly appreciated. We have an invertor in the house with which a light, fan, charging socket, wifii and cctv works even when the power goes. • If you plan on cooking at the villa, we have fully equipped kitchen for guests. We have all the utensils, vessels, pots & pans and basic masalas. • If you plan on cooking at the villa, we have a fully equipped kitchen for guests. It has all the utensils, vessels, pots & pans. You can bring fresh veggies, ready to eat / frozen items, groceries or parcel from restaurant as per your preference on your way to the villa and heat it here. *Cleaning charges for kitchen - 1000/- to be paid at the villa before check out.* (Incase kitchen used and not cleaned after) You can buy the groceries / alcohol / snacks, etc at *Pavna market* which is on the way to the villa. *Please note - There are no shops around the house.* Other than that we have meal packages - Hi tea, dinner & next day breakfast starting from veg - Rs. 1300/- per guests Non veg - Rs. 1500/- per guest If you wish to opt for the meal plan, kindly let us know Atleast 24 hours in advance, last minute meal package requests won’t be possible. • Bon fire - 2000/- / 1 hr • Final 500 meters of road might be a bit rocky, so take it easy, keep calm and drive slowly. • *KYC* After booking is confirmed, Kindly share yours and your guests front and back photo of Aadhar card / Driving License / Passport before arrival for smooth check in process. *Pan card not valid* We need the above requested data for ALL guests, not just one. To use the pool table, a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- is required. This deposit will be returned to you once the pool balls and cue stick are handed back in good condition.
