Beautiful parks to visit right down the road, a great day and night life, right next to the beach with loads of unique restaurants, there are no down-sides to SunnySide! The space 2 bedrooms: - 1 king-sized bedroom with direct access to a personal bathroom - 1 queen-sized bedroom 2 bathrooms: (shower only) - 1 in the common living area - 1 directly connected to the bedroom Common area: - kitchen (includes fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster/oven, coffee maker and coffee) - living room - dining space (includes a table and high-top seating) - connects directly to a personal outdoor patio area - washer and dryer included Additional information: - pack n’ play available if needed - high chair available if needed - heated pool -beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler Guest access - Access into Avalon’s gated area, pool, and gym is super easy as everything is opened by using a FOB (key card). - Accessing the gated area during night hours is simple as the gates can be opened by entering the given pin on the pin pad (as listed in check-in instructions) or by using the FOB! - If FOB is lost or damaged, guests will be charged a $20 fee. Other things to note - There is an application you must fill out before your stay and submit to the Avalon office upon arrival. This Short Term Rental Application is required by the condominium association and includes a non-refundable Short Term Rental Fee of $50. (The application, map, rules and regulations will be emailed to you before your stay.)
