👋 Welcome to our Cottage LE HÉRON, a 45 m2 house located less than a minute's walk from the Lac de la Forêt d'Orient, its beach and our restaurant "Le Belvédère". 👨🏼‍🎨 Completely renovated with modern amenities and decorated in a contemporary style, you will also enjoy a garden and a private terrace overlooking the countryside. Free parking spaces 7 days a week in front of the accommodation. The space ❣️ This accommodation has been fully renovated and arranged to make you enjoy maximum comfort in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Forêt d 'Orient. 🏖 Located less than a minute walk to Lac de la Forêt d 'Orient, the beach and our restaurant "Le Belvédère, Brasserie Contemporaine" and with private parking space, you will have no difficulty discovering the places. The famous town of Troyes and its factory shops are a 20-minute drive away. NIGLOLAND Park 15 minutes drive. 🤎 THE HOUSE - THE HERON 🤎 House for 4/5 (2 bedrooms + sofa bed) with kitchen open to the living room, garden and private terrace with countryside views. 👉 A functional kitchen, with an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine (filter), a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. 🛀 The bathroom has a towel radiator. A hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are also available. 👉 In the living room, you will have a magnificent 80 cm TV with the possibility of connecting your NETFLIX account, enough to have a good time in case of rain or during your late evenings! 📒 A book is available in our cottage for activities and information to know. Bedroom 🛏 side: 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 160x200 + 2 beds 90x200). Air conditioning / heating included depending on the season 🙂 ⛔️ Crib only on request (refer to the “other note” tab) WHAT 🔥 WE PROVIDE: 👉 A kitchen welcome kit including a towel, a sponge, a sample of dishwasher detergent, a garbage bag, coffee filters 👉 A soap sample and 2/3 toilet rolls 👉 Towels and shower linens ⛔️ (refer to the “other note” tab) ________ All shops are a 5-minute drive away in the nearby village in Lusigny-Sur-Barse. Check-in is from 4pm until 10pm at our restaurant Le Belvédère. For earlier check-in requests, this will only be possible if the listing is not booked the day before 🚨 The Lac de la Forêt d'Orient is a reservoir lake, it is very low from October to February. It is used to regulate the Seine in Paris! Guest access We're available 24/7 to chat by text or phone. We will remain discreet during your stay. Other things to note 👶 For any request for a BABY BED and HIGH CHAIR, please mention it by message before your arrival. 🧺 Bed linen and bath towels are provided (included in the cleaning fee). 🧻 2-3 rolls of toilet paper are provided for your convenience only - remember to bring your own! 🍖 A charcoal barbecue is available during the summer – please bring your own charcoal and clean the grill after each use. ☕️ The coffee maker in the kitchen is a filter coffee maker, we provide you with a few filters for your convenience - remember to bring your ground coffee!
