The space Perched atop a scenic bluff, this beautiful home offers sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the iconic Point Arena Lighthouse. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or watching the sunset over the waves, the views from every room are simply unforgettable. This spacious 1,700-square-foot home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached garage, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. We've recently made several thoughtful upgrades to enhance your stay including all-new beds throughout the home, hotel collection linens, a brand new Cal Spa hot tub, and a large smart TV in the living room. The master bedroom offers showstopping ocean views, private access to the deck and hot tub, and a luxurious King bed. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep, then wake to a peaceful sunrise soak in the hot tub. The second bedroom also features King bed and oversized leather chair sitting area. The third bedroom has two Queen beds—perfect for families or groups traveling together. And yes, all bedrooms boast ocean views! Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals Propane grill (propane provided, with an extra tank in the garage) Smart TV in the living room—log in to your favorite streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling TV, etc.) Wood-burning fireplace with ample firewood, kindling, and fire-starters provided Wall heater in the front room, instant electric wall heaters in two bedrooms, and an efficient space heater in the third Level 2 EV charger (Grizzl-E, Type 1 SAE J1772) available for guest use in the garage Cleanliness & Hot Tub Note: We take great pride in keeping the home spotless for every guest. Our cleaning fee supports deep cleaning between stays and includes servicing of the hot tub after every guest. To uphold our sanitation standards, the hot tub may be drained and refilled on the day of your arrival. If that’s the case, it may need 6–8 hours to reach optimal temperature. If it's not hot when you check in, rest assured it will be ready to enjoy by the next morning at the latest. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire home. The residence is on a steep bluff that does not have direct beach/ocean access. The private Irish Beach is a 3 min drive (or 15-20 min walk) from the house. There is a gate pass available for guests to access the private beach. Other things to note Families with Pets: We are a pet friendly home and and would love to welcome yours. There is a flat pet fee and we ask that you follow these pet rules: • 2 Dog Maximum (no cats) • Do not leave pets unattended in home without owner present. • Do not allow pets on beds. • Please pick up your pet waste Hot Tub Use: All guests must shower prior to using the hot tub. No dogs in the hot tub at anytime.
