The space Perfectly situated just moments from the square, Manor cottage has been recently and sympathetically refurbished to a very high standard whilst retaining many of the original features. The cottage boasts unusually high ceilings and has a light and airy feel throughout. A stylish blend of contemporary and antique furnishing make for a homely feel. As you enter, experience a truly serindipitous moment. Step into this wonderful space that is "home". Leading from the oak panelled hall why not cosy up in the sitting room in front of the log burner with that glass of wine. Sink into the sumptuous velvet sofa surrounded by comfort and elegance. Make your way through to a large dining room and adjacent country style kitchen. For those that love to cook you will find an extremely well equiped kitchen complete with hob, oven and traditional Aga. There is an additional laundry room with a butlers sink, washing machine and additional fridge freezer. For those needing to combine work with pleasure there is a private study where you will also find a selection of books, games, puzzles and a bridge table. Beyond the dining room there is a light and airy garden room which opens onto a charming cottage garden with terrace and outdoor dining table (and BBQ seasonal) For those gym enthusiasts there is a mini gym in the "Den". At the foot of the stairs there is a seperate WC. Take the staircase to the first floor where you will find the spacious Master bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite with roll top bath. Also a seperate dressing area. The second double bedroom features a magnificent stone fireplace and mullion windows. Another generous sized bedroom with superking bed and built in wardrobes. The third bedroom is a twin bedroom, again another beautifully appointed space. All linen and towels provided are of the finest quality for guests to enjoy. Bedroom two and three share the main bathroom comprising of WC and large walk in shower. Guest access A full cottage guide and guest access details will be sent our to guests at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note Manor Cottage is not suitable for Stag or Hen weekends. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave without refund. The property is not suitable for children under 5. We take minimum bookings of 4 nights in low season. 4 night stays are from Friday - Monday or from Monday - Friday 7 Night stays are from Friday - Friday There is a minimum 7 night stay from 1st May-31st October.
