Cozy 2nd-floor studio w private patio, just 5 mins. from the local beach & 15 mins. from airport. It is spacious, clean, simple, and comfortable, ideal for short and extended stays. The unit features screened windows and a stand fan for fresh air and natural ventilation. There is no air conditioning, making it ideal for travelers who prefer a more natural and breezy environment. It has a compact kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, and mini coffee maker. The bathroom has a standard shower and a backup bucket for occasional water-supply interruptions. The private patio offers a relaxed lounge area. Guests also have access to an outdoor clothes-drying space and an outdoor cooking/bbq area w a mini edible garden. The whole property is surrounded by plants. Located within our family’s gated compound, the property is secure, and watched over by our rescue dog, Langoy. There are long-term tenants downstairs whom are conservation workers too, which adds to the safe and community-oriented environment. Just a small note about WiFi: the unit itself doesn’t have dedicated internet, as the cost of installing a private line for only two units is quite high. However, when the connection in the main house is available, we can share it with you. Please keep in mind that availability, speed, and stability can’t be guaranteed, it’s best for light browsing or messaging only. I hope you’ll feel as at home here as I once did. Guest access The entire 2nd-floor unit, including the private patio and designated outdoor area, is exclusively for guests staying in the unit. Other things to note Transportation options include rented scooters, taxis, tricycles, or online booking for your convenience. I may also assist with other things like things to do in Puerto, restaurant recommendations, tours and pick-up services to El Nido, Port Barton, and other destinations upon request.
