Excellent apartment in a gated community in Vila Inglesa (near Ducha de Prata), with a multi-sport court, playground, parking for 3 cars, cable TV and fiber internet (100 Mbps). Apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, all with built-in closets, 3 bathrooms in total, living room in two environments with fireplace and balcony. We accept small pets - maximum of 2 per stay, accustomed to apartment living. The space The Portal da Vila Inglesa condominium is very wooded and consists of several buildings, all with 3 floors. The staff is very attentive, with a 24-hour front desk and security. There are 18,000 meters of common area, with lots of greenery, located near Ducha de Prata (about 2.5 km from the city center). The condominium's garden is a show in itself, very well planned and cared for. Apartment: Located on the ground floor, very comfortable and cozy. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Living room with two environments, one for dining and the other for living, with fireplace and balcony, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites with 2 double beds and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (we have a portable crib/playpen for babies) in addition to the kitchen and laundry area. Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker/grill, kitchen utensils and crockery, including a fondue set and wine and champagne glasses. For those who need to work, the internet is fiber optic, with a speed of 100Mb. Parking space for up to 3 cars located within the condominium. We offer bed linens (sheets) for the stay, however we ask that guests bring their own towels for use (face and bath). Blankets, quilts, covers (sheep wool sherpa) and pillows are available, and there are also 4 portable electric heaters (oil system) for use. The water in the showers is heated by boilers. For pets, we have screen protectors on the balconies of the living room and en-suite to prevent curious puppies from trying to explore the condominium's garden without notifying their owners. It is allowed to walk the dog inside the condominium, but it is mandatory to use a leash and collar, as well as the correct disposal of feces in the trash. Guest access The common area - tennis/multi-sport court, playground and walking area are available to guests, according to the condominium's rules. In front of the building itself, there is a demarcated parking space and there is a pocket to park the additional cars that guests use. As a rule of the condominium, it is necessary to present the guests' access authorization upon arrival at the condominium. We need the names and IDs of all guests and the license plate and models of the vehicles to be sent in order to authorize them to enter. The apartment keys will be available at the front desk, with authorized access.
