The estate offers direct access to the beach, walking distance to Thompsons Bay, 24 hour security, swimming pool & braai facilities. This is an ideal apartment for a family with the estate offering gardens, childrens play area & kids pools. The speedy wifi makes this apartment perfect for a working holiday or time to recharge. Dine in or out at some of the best restaurants in Ballito The space - The main bedroom offers a lovely double bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower/bath combo. -The second bedroom has 2 three quarter beds. -The second bathroom has a beautiful spacious shower. -The kitchen has all essential appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. -Enjoy the balcony with a wonderful sea view and a small charcoal weber, perfect for a South African braai/barbeque. -Direct access to Thomsons bay Beach and hole in the wall -24 Hour security Guest access Guests will have access to the swimming pool, children's play ground, direct access to the beach, gardens, whale viewing spots, garden paths, outdoor jungle gym, one allocated parking and visitors parking. There are steps from the car park to the apartment. Guests will need to provide their Full Name and ID/Passport numbers 24 hours before check in to gain access to the estate. Without this information guests will not gain access to the estate. Other things to note This is not a wheel chair friendly apartment. You will have to climb steps to reach the apartment. CLEANING Guests can request daily cleaning and linen or towel changes during their stay at an additional fee. These services can be arranged ahead of arrival or during your stay. During peak season, these services must be booked in advance. Guests who book for 10 nights or more, will receive a complimentary mid stay clean where the linen and towels are changed. STARTER PACK The apartment is equipped with a basic starter pack consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar and Nespresso pods. Once the starter pack is finished, guests will be required to provide their own products during their stay. BABY ITEMS We have a number of basic baby items such as baby bath, car seat for infants, camp cot / pack and play and high chair available at an additional fee for guests who wish to travel light. MEAL VOUCHERS Although this is a self catering apartment, we are able to assist guests with pre ordering meal vouchers to some of the best restaurants in Ballito.
