Please note that the main house and its outdoor spaces are entirely yours to enjoy; however, any locked closets or marked owner-storage areas are strictly private. Other things to note CAMERA DISCLOSURES & SAFETY • Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, please note that we have exterior cameras installed. They are strictly confined to outdoor areas and monitor the main entrance and outdoor perimeter. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or facing private indoor spaces. • Smoke Detector Note: Please note that the property currently does not have a standard smoke alarm. Your safety is important to us, so please reach out if you have any questions or if we can provide any further clarification. HOME QUIRKS & POLICIES • Hot Water & Gas: The home uses a localized gas/hot-water utility system. You may occasionally notice that it takes a brief moment for hot water to fully cycle through. We like to mention this upfront so there are no surprises during your stay! • Bedding Details: To ensure a comfortable stay, our beds are prepared with clean mattress covers and standard bedding sets. If you require extra layers, please let us know ahead of time. • Outdoor Grill Policy: Guests are more than welcome to use the outdoor BBQ area!
