Beautiful furnished 2-room apartment in an old villa by the spa park / city in Bad Homburg. Suitable for a single, a couple or a maximum of a couple with a toddler. The space The apartment is one of 7 furnished apartments in this house. It is located on the 3rd floor of the house and is fully equipped. There is a living room with an open built-in kitchen, a separate shower room and a bedroom. The apartment has a laminate floor. A TV is available / digital cable reception. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Guest access Free parking is available on the right side of the spa park in Schwedenpfad. The left side is subject to a fee at certain times. When registering your residence, a resident parking permit can be purchased from the city. Other things to note Let us know before booking if you would like cleaning and/or linen changes and how often. Then we can give you a price for it, which we will then offer on request and the service is then secured for your stay. There are no parking spaces that belong to the property. The property is located in the city center. There is public and free parking in Schwedenpfad and Landgrafenstrasse (only on the right side, the left side is subject to a fee!) Here you can usually find a parking space. But we can't guarantee that. Many of our guests were usually able to cope well with the parking situation. But occasionally the guests were not satisfied. Paid parking is available from Mon.- Saturday 9 am - 9 pm. On Sundays and holidays as well as at night, you do not have to pay here either. If you register your residence here, you are entitled to a parking permit for residents for about € 40 per year.
