The space Designed as a romantic rural hideaway, the barn offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere year-round, ideal for romantic breaks, special occasions or peaceful countryside escapes. Outside, enjoy your own private seating area, BBQ & fire pit — ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks or unwinding in the tranquil countryside surroundings. Fully self-contained with private entrance and parking, Casa Barnette is located beside our family home, with guest privacy always respected — we’re simply nearby should you need assistance or local recommendations. The accommodation includes: • Open-plan living and dining area • Fully equipped kitchenette with 15-in-1 Ninja Airfryer, hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. (Please note that there is not an oven) • Comfortable sleeping area with a king sized bed, quality bedding and black-out blind • Contemporary en-suite with walk-in shower • 55" Smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime • Wi-Fi throughout • Central heating • Private outdoor seating area with gas BBQ & Firepit available for use. To enhance your stay, hot tub and games room access are available as OPTIONAL EXTRAS, allowing you to tailor your experience to suit your visit. There are also a range of optional hampers and additional services that can be added after booking to help personalise your stay. These include locally sourced food hampers, pet comfort breaks, grocery unpacking and other thoughtful extras designed to make your arrival and time with us as relaxed as possible. GAMES ROOM The games room provides relaxed entertainment and includes: • 55" Smart TV with access to Sky Sports & Movies • Pool table • Table tennis • Darts with electronic scoring machine • Retro arcade games machine • Board games and playing cards Games Room access is available as an optional extra and is an additional £10 per night that access is required. HOT TUB Unwind beneath the Norfolk stars in your own hot tub. Hot tub access is available as an optional extra and is an additional £20 per night that access is required. Access includes: • Private use during booked sessions • Dressing gowns and slippers • Floating drinks tray • Plastic glassware Other things to note Casa Barnette is located next to our family home. The accommodation is fully private and self-contained and guest privacy is always respected Dog-friendly stays are available by prior arrangement — please let us know if you’ll be bringing a dog. There is a small additional charge for dogs. Hot tub and games room access are optional extras and are NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASE NIGHT RATE but can be added once your booking has been confirmed. All arrangements and any applicable charges for adding optional extras are handled directly through Airbnb after your booking has been confirmed. There are 2 friendly, family dogs at the main property but they do not have access to the private garden area behind the guest barn or the courtyard whilst guests are staying. There is also our friendly cat that likes to roam around the back garden.
