Guest house in an idyllic location

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees, the vacation farm with its historic charm is hidden. The rustic guest house and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate area is ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities of Norden, Aurich or Emden can be quickly reached by car. The space The charming guest house of about 80 square meters awaits you with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living and dining area. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a (relatively narrow) spiral staircase. Everything is ready for both the family and the four-legged friend: - Basic cooking utensils - Towels and bed linen Attention: For stays of less than 5 nights, bed linens and towels must be brought along!!! -Wifi - Travel crib and high chair for toddlers - Games and toys - Books and travel guides - Dog blanket and dog bowl If you leave the front door in the morning, you will be greeted by a pony, because the horse paddock is directly adjacent to the guest house. In front of the main house there is a large garden area that can be used. The sauna in the guest house is a highlight, especially in the dark, cold season. The hostess lives in the adjoining main house and is always accompanied by her good-natured dog. Other things to note A dog and 5 horses live on the property with the owner. They must NOT be fed without permission. No fireworks allowed on New Year's Eve. We love the tranquility and take care of our animals.
