Guest house in an idyllic location

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees lies our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm. The rustic guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities north, Aurich or Emden are quickly realized by car. The space The charming guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) of about 80 sqm awaits you with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living and dining area. The sleeping area upstairs can be reached via a (relatively narrow) spiral staircase. Everything is ready for you: - Essentials for cooking - Towels and bed linen Attention: For stays under 5 nights, bed linen and towels must be brought yourself!!! - Wi-Fi - Travel cot and high chair for toddlers - Games and toys - Books and guidebooks If you leave the front door in the morning, you will be greeted kindly by a pony, because the horse run is directly adjacent to the guesthouse. In front of the main cottage is a large garden area that can be used. The sauna in the guest house is a highlight, especially in the dark, cold season. The hostess lives in the adjacent main house and is always accompanied by her cheerful dog. Other things to note A dog and 5 horses live on the property with the owner. They must NOT be fed without permission. No fireworks allowed on New Year's Eve. We love the tranquility and take care of our animals.
