You can walk to the center with various restaurants and cafes in 20 minutes. A bakery and a playground are right nearby. The space The 103 m² accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.80 x 2 m and the other with two day beds 0.8 x 2 m, each of which can be extended to 1.60 x 2 m. A living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a shower and bathtub. On request we can offer a travel bed and bed rail. Guest access The apartment's entrance door can be reached via the shared stairwell. The entire apartment and balcony are part of the accommodation. The terrace and garden are part of our private area.
