Experience the joy of spending quality time with your family in Itapema-SC. Beachfront apartment with two en-suites, each with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. The property has a parking space, which is for passenger vehicles, not accommodating large vehicles, such as pick-ups or SUVs that exceed the limits of the space, (as shown in the image in the listing) since vehicles that are outside the limit of the space make it impossible to park in the neighboring spaces. The space The property has two en-suites with private bathrooms, a double bed, MDF cabinets, TV (NET) and an air-conditioner in each en-suite. Both bathrooms have an electric shower and MDF cabinets with a mirror. The living room, kitchen and balcony are integrated, forming a large and cozy environment. The living room has two ceiling fans with remote control and a TV with a BTV receiver, which allows the selection of several national and international channels. There are two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. The kitchen has a large MDF cabinet, cooktop, gas oven, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and basic utensils such as plates, glasses, cups and cutlery, as well as a granite table, with six seats. The balcony, overlooking the sea, features a barbecue grill, washing machine (washer and dryer) and a tank. The property has Internet, whose password for access will be made available on the date of entry. The building is located on the seafront, on Rua 291, in the Meia Praia neighborhood and has a Snack Bar/Restaurant, on the ground floor facing the sea, which serves drinks, and a very diverse menu, with portions and drinks. The entire menu can be consumed on the beach sand. About 50 meters from the building, also on the seafront, is an excellent restaurant, with a more complete menu and à la carte dishes. The beach has a lifeguard station, located approximately 30 meters from the condominium (it only operates in the summer). Near the condominium, on the main avenue, we have other restaurant options, as well as markets, pharmacies and other shops. About 300 meters away, on the condominium's street, there is an excellent supermarket, which will meet practically all the needs for your stay. We offer two umbrellas and 5 beach chairs. To avoid accumulation of sand in the internal areas of the condominium, there is a box with a shower, a hygienic shower, to wash the body and beach utensils. Passage through this shower is mandatory after returning from the beach to the apartment. Guest access The property is on the fourth floor and is accessed by stairs or elevator. In the entrance hall, there is elevator access for wheelchair users. The trash generated during the stay must be taken individually by the tenant and deposited in the trash cans (organic and recyclable) that are on the ground floor, facing the street. Parking access is through a remote-controlled gate. Other things to note The keys to the property, the garage gate control and the passwords for access to the entrance hall and foot-washing box of the condominium will be made available upon arrival. The parking space will be shown upon arrival.
