Modern Riverfront Apartment with Free Parking

This modern apartment with a view over the Danube bank and the unique building project it is a part of offers everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It can sleep up to four people, has a lovely balcony, and comes with a private parking space in the building's underground garage. It is situated near the riverside overlooking Óbuda Island, the largest Danubian island in Budapest, which is the home of the international (and rightly famous) Sziget Festival every August. The space The apartment is located in one of the green-roofed residential buildings of Waterfront City, a five-hectare construction project realised in Óbuda in district 3, close to the riverbank of the Danube. Buildings here are taller than average (the 13-storey ones are 45 meters, the 9-storey ones are 34 metres high), offering a beautiful panorama of the area. This particular home is located in one of the 13-storey buildings on the 8th floor, and has large glass surfaces and airy, bright spaces. It is fully accessible with the elevator and consists of a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom a bathroom, and a balcony. It can comfortably sleep up to four people in two rooms, and is also equipped with a travel cot, high chair and baby bath, so it's a perfect fit for families as well as groups of friends. In the living room there is a queen size bed, a dresser, an armchair, and an HD smart TV with Disney+, HBO Max (both of which you can use with your own accounts) and cable channels. This is also where you can find the fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with four chairs. You can access the balcony offering panoramic views of the riverbank both from the living room and the bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. There is a modern bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a toilet. In the area between the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a washing machine that you can use during your stay. The ceiling cooling and heating system ensures ideal temperatures in every season. There is also a free parking spot for our guests in the building's garage. The one called Modern Riverside Apartment with Free Parking is exactly like this one, while the other, Modern Riverside Studio with Free Parking is a bit smaller and can sleep two people. Please note that in the last phase of the Waterfront City project, three more buildings are in construction on the same site. The nearest will be expected to be finished by the end of 2024. Work usually takes place on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm, and the noisiest part is done, so closing the windows should keep any potential noise out. Guest access You'll have the place all to yourselves with full access to all amenities, with the only exception of the cot, high chair, and baby bath. These are stored in an apartment hosted by my wife on the same floor, and I can only provide them if they are not in use there. So please ask in advance to see if they are available! Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message me for details). Consumables You will find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.
