It is a one-bedroom with an integrated king-size bed and bathroom offering an elegant and comfortable space for up to three people, thanks to an additional king-size bed. The space We care a lot for your comfort, all our furnishings, mattresses, and hotel linens were specifically selected for your convenience. * Master bedroom: comes with 1 king-size bed, and a full private bathroom. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & iron board. *2nd bedroom: 1 king-size wall bed, and a private full bathroom. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. * Kitchen: fully equipped, with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and glassware. We also provide olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, kitchen towels, and paper towels. Guest access This apartment has a great location in the Romantic Zone and near Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you'll have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you'll have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea. In La Zona Romantica, you'll be surrounded by awesome restaurants like La Palapa, Margarita's Grill, Joe Jacks Fish Shack, Pancho's Takos, Daiquiri Dick's, Cafe de Olla, Freddy's Tucan, The Pancake House, great bars and nightclubs. Other things to note CLEANING Scheduled cleaning is included in your reservation (exceptions apply). AMENITIES -We provide courtesy beverages upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are totally free and they are only provided once at check-in. -We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise they will be charged $120 pesos per bottle. -We provide towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that can be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it. CHECK OUT -At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will keep from your security deposit the payment for irregularities. -Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with Fátima to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost. If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee. GENERAL -Parties are strictly prohibited. -Volume of music should be kept at a low level. -We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.
