The apartment is part of the Verde Acqua residence and is located in the historic center of Lecco, just a few steps away from all the main services. The building overlooks the lakeside promenade, offering stunning views at any time of the day. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Piazza XX Settembre, a lively landmark of the city. We aim to provide our guests with a strategic starting point to explore our city and discover the beauty of our region. The space Once you reach the fourth floor of the building, a refined Carrara marble entrance welcomes you into your apartment: a bright, spacious, and comfortable two-room apartment that can accommodate up to four guests. The entrance hall, featuring a spacious wardrobe on one side, leads to the three main areas: the living area, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The living area includes a sofa bed, perfect for guests to relax with a book or watch their favorite TV show. It is equipped with a small security safe. There is also a kitchenette with essential appliances (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) and tableware. A cozy round table allows guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The small balcony offers a stunning view of the Visconti Tower, the mountains, and the lake. The large bedroom features two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, a relaxation corner with comfortable armchairs, and a desk for studying or working. The bathroom, naturally lit and ventilated, includes a 120x70 cm shower, toilet, and bidet. The sink is topped with a large mirror and wall-mounted storage units where guests can store their personal belongings. To make the best use of resources, body wash is provided via a dispenser inside the shower. Bed and bath linens are available to guests, including towels (bath towel, hand towel, and guest towel) and bedroom linens. The apartment is located in a historic building dating back to the 1960s. The renovation, completed at the beginning of 2023, sought to preserve the soul of the house. The parquet flooring in the bedroom and the travertine-effect ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom set the stage for well-preserved classic wooden furniture, complemented by contemporary furnishings with a refined taste, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The research on materials and colors, inspired by our landscapes, led to the selection of practical but elegant tissues and glossy lacquers, giving the space strong character while providing a sense of brightness and spaciousness. We will be happy to welcome you upon arrival in a place where you can feel at home. We are available to give you our recommendations to help you make the most of your stay! Guest access From 2025, a shared living room is available to guests of both apartments, which can be used as a reading, working, and entertainment space. Other things to note “Refined Apartment …”, “Elegant Apartment …” and the latest “Attractive Apartment …” opened in March 2025, are placed in the same building of Piazza degli Affari n. 12 and represent our proposal of luxury residences close to the lakeside in center town.
