Minutes from downtown Las Olas & Beach The space The home is on a very private and residential area at the entrance of Imperial Point, just a 5 min drive to downtown Lauderale by The Sea. We have furnished the home with comfortable furniture, beds and mattresses. Outdoor seating area w a new BBQ grill. 5 lounge chairs to relax by pool. We have not forgotten a thing! WE CLEAN AND SANITIZE BEFORE AND AFTER EACH GUEST. Guest access Access to the whole house, private and fenced backyard with pool. There is a carport for one car, room for up to 3 additional cars in round about. Other things to note There is an Electronic Lock on the Front Door. Guests will be provided with a unique code prior to their arrival. There will be a $35 fee if the guest fails to checkout on time. Checkout is at 11am. Pets are welcome, we must approve it and it's limited to 2, must be house trained. The AC Nest thermostat is set to ECO mode at 76-78 degrees when no one is home. It can be regulated to a range of 72-78 degrees. Pool heater is on 8am-10pm and is set at 86 degrees during the colder months. The rapidness to heat depends on the weather. If you wish the heater to be turned up, there is a $65 daily upcharge to heat up to 92 degrees. We must be notified in advance. One pool/beach towel will be put out per guest. If any are missing upon departure there will be a $25 charge per towel missing. WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING-REGISTERED GUESTS AND ZERO NON REGISTERED GUESTS. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FREE PARKING UP TO 3 CARS - NO ON STREET PARKING. Please do not park blocking sidewalks or in front of neighbors homes. Quiet times are observed between 10pm-8am
