Bright, modern, welcoming, and with all the amenities you need to enjoy as a couple. Located in a quiet and private condominium, with parking and a swimming pool. A few steps away you will find all types of services: ATMs, pharmacies, surf schools, grocery stores, and restaurants. Excellent for enjoying the wide sandy beach, walking or cycling. The space Book Beach House has a fully equipped kitchen with marble counters facing the living room, in addition to clothes washer, oven/ microwave, coffee machine, and a teapot. The living room, with a dining area, has sofas and a guitar to play your favorite music The private terrace allows you to enjoy your meals at a picnic table with an umbrella, or just sunbathing in the rest hammock while reading your favorite book. It also has free parking space in front of the condo or inside if you prefer, and pool access to enjoy your days in the sun. It is perfect for a couple. Access through the ground floor entrance is by a keypad code that will be provided to you once you settle in. Guest access We prepped the house for our guests to feel at home, so guests can use the whole house and the pool (during summertime). We have prepared an information book with suggestions of must-see and relevant information about the house and surrounding área. In case of doubt, please always ask first. Other things to note Dear guest, we will do everything to accommodate your preferences, including welcoming you late in the evening or early in the morning. Bear in mind that if you are arriving at the apartment between 11 pm and 10 am there will be a fee of 30€ paid in cash directly at check-in. Due to the Portuguese Immigration Policy, our guests should have at least one identity card (passport or ID card) and fill out a form with their data, including babies. According to the regulations of the Municipality of Lisbon, we must charge € 2,02 in the high season (May 1 to October 31) and € 1,01 in the low season (November 1 to April 30). The nightly rate is per guest, over 12 years, and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per person. (Regulation no. 859-A / 2018, of December 11, 2018, issued by Câmara de Mafra). The fee must be paid in cash, by the guest upon check-in. The building has private parking and a pool. Please note that the pool is only available during summertime.
