The space A former carpenter's workshop becomes an original and truly unique place for a vacation and creative studio. Equipped with all amenities, hot water, modern kitchen, with small oven, 10 meters from a stream with emerald waters, immerse yourself in peace and the elements. A multipurpose space suitable for accommodating families who can share the sleeping space – Loft from 2 to 6, maximum 8 people. Or small groups (max 10/15 people for remote working, yoga, workshops and study workshops) Entirely made of wood, with two bathrooms on the ground floor and a kitchen area on the lower floor, from which you can access the stream and a garden with a pergola overlooking the water and the possibility of bathing. There are deckchairs near the river. Upstairs, there is an open space of about 60 square meters, which can be used as a workshop for activities or a sleeping area. You are on a wonderful mule track that leads to an altitude of over 1000 meters in a landscape that contains only natural elements. Guest access You will arrive by car right in front of the house via a convenient paved road, where you can park next to the house. The property is on two floors with three entrances. The first from the street allows you to enter directly into the sleeping area - activity space from An internal staircase leads to the kitchen area and bathrooms on the floor below. Here, there are two more entrances to the river-view garden, the private dining area, equipped with a table and chairs, and sun loungers on the river. The house is isolated and is the last one on the road from where you enter the woods.
