Located at a 20-minutes drive from the strip and 15-minutes from Fremont street. The space 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom. 2 rooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Guests have access to the backyard, laundry room, and the kitchen area. There are 2 TVs one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Guest access Garage is not accessible to the guests and is locked. In case of any emergency guests can call either Airbnb or the host via Airbnb app to get access to the garage for emergency exit. The gate with access to back yard from the side of the house is locked with a number pad lock for the safety of the guests and cannot be used to either enter or exit the house. The entire home apart from the garage is accessible by the guests. Other things to note *ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IF EXPLICIT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE HOST WAS NOT TAKEN* - If more than 6 guests are in the house at any given point of time, each additional guest will be charged $50 per night. *LATE CHECKOUT* -Guests should checkout by 11AM as per the checkout policy. Guests checking out later than 11.15AM will be charged $50 for that hour if explicit prior permission from the host was not taken. -Guests checking our after 12PM without prior permission from the host will be charged that day's full fees. *NO SMOKING/VAPING* - Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 additional charge to the reservation. *SECURITY DEVICES* - For security reasons, the Wi-Fi router and SimpliSafe equipment MUST REMAIN CONNECTED AT ALL TIMES. - Unplugging or disabling them for any reason will incur a $100 charge on your account. *SERVICE ANIMAL/PETS* - We cannot allow even service animals/pets due to medical condition and constraints of the host. - If you still happen to bring any animal/pet with you, you will be charged a fee of $200 on your account.
