This three-bedroom home gives you the space to spread out, the tools to cook and gather properly, and a backyard that earns its time each evening around the fire.   Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests. The main-floor master suite has a king bed, a 65" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a 55" smart TV, with access to a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV, sharing the same bathroom. The office and laundry room adds flexible sleeping space with a twin daybed and twin trundle - practical for groups with varied needs.   Living spaces The main living area anchors around a large leather sectional and an 85" smart TV - a natural place to land after a day on the course or out at the polo grounds. Upstairs, the loft game room changes the energy: a 65" smart TV, foosball table, wet bar, counter-height seating, and smart LED lighting that adjusts from easy evenings to full game-night mode.   Kitchen & dining The kitchen comes fitted with stainless steel appliances and a large quartz island with seating for four. A Keurig coffee machine is on hand for mornings, and the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. A dining table for six keeps the group gathered when meals call for it.   Outdoor living The private, fully fenced backyard is built for evenings out - outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ grill mean there's little reason to head inside when the air cools. The community offers a shared outdoor pool, heated and open year-round from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a shared hot tub open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.   Amenities & essentials Wifi, Ethernet, and a dedicated workspace keep things running if you need to stay connected. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans cover comfort in every season. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, clothing storage, and a full bathroom kit - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer - mean you can pack accordingly. A crib and Pack 'n play are available on request. Free residential garage parking for two vehicles is included, plus free street parking and an EV charger on the property.   Location PGA West puts you within reach of everything the Coachella Valley offers. The Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach - are less than 4 miles away. Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Old Town La Quinta are just minutes out, with Palm Springs and the wider valley easily accessible from here.   Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself, with self check-in via smart lock. Ring cameras are installed on the exterior for security - above the garage facing the street, near the sliding door, and at the front door. The home is pet-friendly (fee applies). Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) Our homes are keyless entries, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A midweek or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. We don’t have an indoor/outdoor music system. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Pet policy No cats permitted. However, well-behaved dogs are welcome for an added fee.
