Shoes are not permitted upstairs; please leave them downstairs. 4. Parties with loud music are not allowed. 5. Charging of electric vehicles from the apartment is not permitted. 6. Eating or drinking in bed is strictly forbidden. Any spillage will result in full responsibility for the cost of replacing the mattress. 7.
