We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay in our home. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules: 1. No Smoking Policy Our properties are strictly non-smoking—this includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other forms of smoke. We take pride in providing a clean and fresh environment for all our guests, and our homes are thoroughly cleaned before every visit. Please note: we are familiar with the different smells smoke can leave behind, and if it is found that smoking has taken place inside the property, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 2. Respect the Home Please treat our property with care, as you would your own. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. 3. Quiet Hours To respect our neighbors and community, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 PM – 8 AM. 4. Guests Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you plan to have visitors, please let us know in advance. 5. Pets Welcome We are happy to welcome your pets! To keep our spaces fresh and clean for everyone, please ensure your pets are kept off the furniture and beds. We also ask that you clean up after them, indoors and outdoors. 6. Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 3:00 pm • Check-out: 11:00 am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance. 7. Safety First Please make sure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the home. For everyone’s safety, unplug or turn off appliances when not in use. Guest access You will receive a unique lock code approximately 30 minutes before check-in at 3:00 PM. Please ensure your contact information is up to date so we can send it to you promptly.
