Additional charges apply for extra cleaning/towel replacement. Water and Electricity is billed separately for bookings 1 month or more. No water and electricity fee for daily stays. It is also close to malls, night life, airport and other must-see places in Cebu. The security guards and front desk staff are more than willing to assist to get you a cab.
