The front living room is comfortable with a sofa and 2 swivel lounge chairs. There is a glass window between the 2 rooms which allows for some river views. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and newer appliances. There is a prep/serving area with 4 bar stool seating and a coffee bar. The dining room is on the other side of this area with river views. The BBQ and Pizza oven are directly outside the kitchen. The front entry closet houses tons of card and board games. The lush tropical garden is lovely during the day and has custom lighting in the evening. Guest access The entire home is accessible, including a portion of the garage which houses an additional Refrigerator/Freezer, Life jackets, Bicycles, Yard games, BBQ tools, Pizza oven tools. Other things to note A complimentary pack of wood is available. Additional wood will be charged. The pizza oven requires pure oak and is available upon request for an additional charge. 2 jet skis on the property are not available for rent. Jet ski and boat charter/rentals are available and information will be sent upon request. A fee will be charged per day for the pool heater if used.
