It is 5 mins to Vanderbilt beach and walking distance to Mercato, shopping and dining complex (inclusive of Whole Foods, restaurants, fitness studio and local coffee shops!) The space The chef’s kitchen opens directly to the spacious terrace. The outdoor table seats 8-10 people comfortably. Take in the sunset sky as you enjoy a home-cooked dinner outside. The living room is comfortable for solo relaxation and sociable for group gathering and activities. After a long day at the beach melt into the comfy sectional and settle in with a great book or choose a movie from the popular streaming apps. For a good night’s rest, Canary Cottage features king-size and queen-size bedrooms with luxuriously appointed en-suite bathrooms and high-quality mattresses guaranteeing restful sleep. Aside from the terrace, there is ample outdoor space for activities such as yoga, pickleball or a workout in the backyard. Canary Cottage also comes with 2 bikes and a full beach setup including 5 beach towels, 2 carrier beach chairs and a canopy umbrella. The home has keyless entry via a keypad, and you will be provided with a code. There is parking for 2-3 cars depending on the car size. Other things to note We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100.
