Luggage storage is possible before → check-in. (Please be especially careful as there may be complaints from the surrounding area related to noise in the residential area.) - Barbecue is not allowed in the outdoor yard. -There are trees in the outdoor yard and surroundings, so insects can enter the house when the door is opened. Refunds due to insects are not permitted. -Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces. Please use the space next to the separate collection outside the 1st floor for smoking! **Smoking is not allowed on the terrace on the 2nd floor. **If smoking is confirmed inside the space, a penalty may be imposed, and the host may request suspension of use.
