Guest access To access the residential area, you will receive the electronic gate control, for your convenience. Other things to note 1 - In case of damage or loss of the electronic gate control, which will be made available to the person responsible at check-in, the amount of R$50.00 (Fifty Reais) will be charged. 3 - GARAGE: An external parking space is available for up to 4 vehicles.
