Nespresso coffee pod machine. 3 acres of garden with a cobnut orchard for exploring. The space Beautifully tranquil grade ll listed single storey 2 bedroom cottage set in 3 acres of garden and cob plat. WiFi and smart tv. There is a bespoke kitchen with marble worktops. A nespresso coffee machine, microwave and electric oven. The lounge diner has a vaulted ceiling with a log burner for cosy evenings. There are two well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is decorated with encaustic Moroccan tiles and has a walk in power shower with rain head and body spray shower. There is a washing machine also located in the bathroom. Outside- The cottage is set in 3 acres of grounds with a cobnut plat to explore. There is a patio with BBQ, pizza oven and fire pit available to use. You can relax with a book by the fire or in the hot tub on the patio. Or look at the night sky with the telescope! There are toys and board games available. There is the facility to charge electric cars (subject to prior agreement, charged separately). Guest access There are 3 acres of ornamental gardens to explore with a cobnut plat. There is a climbing frame, slide and trampoline shared with ourselves. Families and children are particularly welcome - if you are up to two adults with three or four kids we can set up a camp bed or two in the main bedroom (but we do limit groups of adults to no more than four). Parking is located on a private driveway for up to 2 cars. From the property you can choose a number of walks including along the Greensand ridge. There are plenty of local pubs to choose from. There are farm shops, local breweries and vineyards you can visit during your stay. Hunton is in a rural position yet conveniently located for access to amenities in Yalding, Marden, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.
