Originally built in 1824, this smart home has a screened front porch for coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon and enjoying the sound of crickets in this peaceful community of about 3,000 people. Three blocks to downtown Cazenovia and Cazenovia Lake. Outdoor activities all year, including swimming, hiking, waterskiing, snow-skiing, snow shoeing, wine tasting and more! The new bathroom offers a smart design allowing three users. One toilet room, one sink room and a room with shower and sink allowing three users of the downstairs bathroom. Plus a half bath upstairs between the bedrooms that was added in 2024. Sleeping: one King bed, two twin. NO sleeping on couches or air mattresses ( as per Cazenovia rules).
