The space **Please ensure accurate guest count when making a booking, as our night rates are adjusted based on the number of occupants to ensure fairness for smaller groups. The mezzanine (upper) floor is exclusively available for bookings with 3 or more than 3 guests. Otherwise, additional guests will incur a charge of RM30 per person. Our building is adjacent to one of Petaling Jaya's largest neighborhood malls, Paradigm Mall by WTC Group. However, there is a large public Olympic-size swimming pool just 5 minutes away by car from the suites, available at a fee of RM3 per entry. Other things to note A refundable security deposit of RM300 may be collected before check-in. Additionally, registration of a government ID or passport is required. For guests opting to sleep in the mezzanine floor (upper loft area), it involves ascending 16 steps. Extra mattresses will be placed upstairs for groups exceeding 4 guests. However, if you prefer to have them downstairs, please inform us in advance. Reservation that is made for more than 1 weeks, there is a cap of RM80/week on the utility usage (electricity and water), or RM250 for 1 month (30 days). Any excess shall be deducted from the security deposit. Parking is available at Zenith Corporate Park, where the building is situated. Managed by the car park management, charges are RM2/hour from 7 am to 7 pm, RM3 flat rate from 7 pm to 7 am (next morning), and RM3 per entry during Sundays and public holidays. The parking access card is available for rent at RM10/day/card with a deposit of RM100, subject to availability. Kindly contact us to inquire about the card. Alternatively, there is an open car park right in front of the building for our guests, charged at RM7 per day and RM10 for overnight parking.
