The cabin has two bedrooms -- but also includes a sofa in the main living room and a twin bed area in the loft (perfect for kids!). The cabin has a full bathroom with stand-in shower. Outside, you'll love spending time in the private space enjoying the fresh air. There is a back deck with a dining table, and a firepit area in the privacy of your yard. It is a great place to relax after a long day of adventure. The outdoor space is a great spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout! 🛌 SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed. * Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed. * Additional Sleeping: Sofa in living room. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * Firewood is not provided but is available at most stores in the area. * The house is located on a large property spanning over 50+ acres. There are a few other rentals on the property and each share the same driveway. * We do provide pest control at the property. However, it is located in a wooded area surrounded by many types of wildlife. This includes bugs and insects such as flies, mosquitoes, ladybugs, stinkbugs, bees, etc. We do not offer refunds for bugs being onsite. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ** This property has two outside security cameras facing the driveway and exterior.
