Please be aware that an Equestrian Facility is adjacent to the house and horses are regularly ridden down parts of our drive so please keep speed to a minimum. Other things to note ★ OTHER TENANTS ON SITE ★ While the home is secluded and quiet, there are tenants who live in the apartment above the garage building, which is set away from the house. The tenants have their own separate outdoor space and keep themselves to themselves. ★ IMPORTANT RIVER SAFETY NOTICE ★ Your safety is our top priority.
