The Sawmill Manager's House dates back to 1916 when the Tegefors sawmill was still in operation. While widely regarded as an important piece of cultural history for Åre, nowadays the villa is used as a family friendly holiday home where early 20th century charm has been updated w modern amenities such as a large kitchen, 4 roomy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 sauna. Plenty of space to park your car. 5 minute drive to Åre village. 5 minute walk to the nearest lift (Tegefjäll). Ski-in for the brave. The space The villa has two floors where the ground floor contains the social areas and the upstairs floor contains the four bedrooms. Guest access All areas on the ground floor as well as on the upper floor are at your disposal. Other things to note The Sawmill Manager’s House offers a comfortable stay for 10 adults. There are 8 single beds and the 2 remaining sleeping options consist of 2 futons (also located in the bedrooms). Additionally there are 2 baby cribs for the tiny ones.
