Our fully furnished cosy & top rated abode is located in Junwani Road(opp. to Shri Shankaracharya mahavidhyalaya), Smriti nagar, Bhilai and is in close proximity to IIT Bhilai and Surya Mall. Located on the 5th floor our 3 bedroom air-conditioned apartment with ensuite baths and balconies, is also well ventilated and has very good natural lighting. Our abode is tastefully furnished by my elder brother Mr Suresh Daniel from Mulberry Designs - pioneers in home furnishing & interiors. The space Our 1600 sqft of fully furnished living space includes amenities like , smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, basic toiletries, washing machine , Iron box and modular kitchen complete with essential utensils, cooking gas , induction stove, Microwave , air fryer, cutlery, toaster etc for self cooking . Our rooms are fitted with Invertors to ensure uninterrupted power supply. Bathrooms are equipped with instant geysers. All the 3 bedrooms are fitted with split Air Conditioners . To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’re excited to share that we have a small library available for your use. It’s stocked with a variety of books includung children's books , chess board and other board games etc to help you relax, unwind yourselves. We hope this little addition adds to the comfort and charm of your stay. We do not have a full fledged butler / assistant service. Housekeeping staff will be on call ( must call one day before the date of requirement ) to do cleaning of floors and change of sheets , towels based on your convenient time at a cost of Rs 300 per visit. It is the responsibility of the occupants to clean the vessels used by them in the kitchen. Guest access Our high value abode is given out as a 3 bedroom facility. Enjoy complete privacy in this premium apartment. You’ll have the entire space to yourself and you get complete freedom—no shared hallways, no noisy neighbors, just your own personal retreat. So enjoy the luxury of a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 private bedrooms —unlike cramped hotel rooms or shared accommodations. Our daily tariff includes stay for 2 guests at our abode , there after every guest an additional cost would be applied upto maximum of 6 guests. Upon arrival, you'll receive your set of keys, granting you exclusive access to the entire apartment depending upon the occupancy. The cleaning staff or manager is not authorized to visit the apartment in the absence of any guest. If you wish to call them in your absence, we assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings. You will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement. Our space is wheelchair-friendly, providing accessibility for all guests. If you have specific needs, please let us know how we can assist you further. Other things to note While we welcome married couples, families and company executives , we DO NOT host unmarried couples .
